Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, during periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping options. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We currently offer shipping to the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Australia.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final shipping cost is dependent on the destination, chosen shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable after three attempts by the carrier, it will be returned to Miezaan. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at support@staging.miezaan.com to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
We aim to process orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@staging.miezaan.com before 2:00 PM PST on the same day the order was placed. Be sure to include your order number in your cancellation request.
